Management Structure in the Project Delivery Methods in Korea

Abstract: There is various construction business and projects as the project management methods also vary. No ex-act answers of the project management methods have been introduced in the construction business. However only the project property and delivery method governs the Owner's choice. The project delivery method certainly affects the project management structure. The project management and delivery method is closely related with each other. There are 10 types of the typical construction project management approach in the Korean construction industry. More than 3 types of project management methods could be concurrently applied in the multi-billion dollar projects. The project management and delivery method has been more diverse as the experience and knowledge accumulation and technology development. This research paper shows there are quite differences between the plant construction project and the building project.
